We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size or item, please return the original item within the 14-day return period (provided it is in original condition) and place a new order through our webshop.
This ensures faster processing and availability of the desired item.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. SAZELIH is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
In accordance with EU consumer laws, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
